Merchant Cash Advance
What is a Merchant Cash Advance?
A merchant cash advance (MCA) is not a loan, but a cash advance in exchange for a portion of future sales. Once the cash is disbursed to the business owner, a daily percentage of credit or debit card sales are remitted to the MCA provider until the agreed upon amount is paid in full. There are limited restrictions on use of proceeds with no personal guarantee required.
